E-commerce and operations platform for a Minecraft studio — storefront, ordering, AI and admin in one system.
Designed and engineered end to end as a client project: a bilingual marketing site with an instant quote calculator, live order tracking, client accounts, a RAG-grounded AI assistant on-site and in Telegram, a public ordering bot, and a full self-hosted admin panel — all serverless on Cloudflare's edge with a single shared database.

- Bilingual RU/EN in typed dictionaries — Russian default, choice persists per visitor
- Instant quote calculator with live pricing and BS-XXXXXX tracking codes
- Live order tracking — received → design → build → review → delivered, with timestamps
- Telegram bot with language onboarding, 5-button menu and guided /order wizard

Admin Control Room — 15 tabs, zero developer needed
The studio reprices offers, edits content, manages the AI and reads a built-in operator handbook without touching code — including a 75-check offline regression harness for the bot.
Security and anti-abuse, built in
- Self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work captcha — no Google, no tracking
- PBKDF2 password hashing with per-user salts
- Server-side price recheck — client-side tampering is worthless
- Disposable-email blocking plus layered rate limits
- Full admin audit trail with actor, IP and timestamp
- Self-healing D1 schema — drifted databases recover without data loss
