Problem
Content filtering on Android is either a black box you cannot audit or a browser extension that only works in a browser.
What I built
Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with Capacitor for Android. Filtering runs entirely on device, so nothing about what was blocked is transmitted anywhere. GPL-v3, so the rules are readable and forkable.
Impact
Auditable filtering logic in a licence that requires it stay auditable. No telemetry, because the filtering never leaves the phone.
