KarobarX
Startup · LiveTrust-first social commerce platform for Pakistan, where a verified handshake replaces the anonymous listing.
Problem
Peer-to-peer marketplaces run on trust that does not exist. Buyers cannot verify a seller, sellers cannot prove delivery, and the disputes fall on whoever has the weaker profile.
What I built
A Handshake PIN confirmation flow where the buyer authorises the transaction in person, a public reputation score that carries weight across the platform, and row-level security on every user-facing table. Shipped as a web app with a Capacitor Android client on Supabase.
Impact
Buyers and sellers transact against a shared trust record rather than a promise. The Android client means the same trust model works on the phone people actually use in a market where most commerce still happens over WhatsApp.

- Short-form Reel discovery feed with Cloudflare R2 media storage
- Student ecosystem: Study Graph, ISBN-based Book Exchange, and Student Alerts
- Security posture: RLS, Turnstile, HttpOnly admin cookies, TOTP 2FA, audit logs, and a stricter admin CSP
